All data collected by our field team when completing legionella monitoring and inspection services are saved to our cloud based compliance system NexGen, provided freely with our services. In accordance with the ACOP L8 and HSG 274 which recommends records to be saved for 5 years, NexGen goes above and beyond and saves all client data indefinitely.

Additionally, we have a client portal where clients can access reports and review tasks that have been carried out. Any non-conformances identified during the monitoring tasks are immediately brought to the clients attention when they access the portal, a recommendation is also provided with a suggested time frame in which Lucion expects the non-conformance to be rectified.
