What is a Hazardous Materials Risk Assessment?

In some instances, to ensure a vessel remains sea worthy, an onshore facility remains compliant with health and safety regulations, or an offshore rig prevents unnecessary exposure to individuals on-site, hazardous materials detected in the Inventory of Hazardous Materials survey may need to be remediated.
