In 2013, Lucion Services launched 'Take Care, Be Aware!', an initiative to drive Lucion’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Culture to be the best standard it could possibly be.

As part of this initiative, we have introduced new five year plans for the improvement of our Sustainability and Safety & Well-Being of our employees, customers and contractors.

The new and improved plans are intended to disregard traditional, constraining and unattainable targets and replace them with more focused, tangible and participative one. The targets are simple and clear metrics for each of the key health and safety focus areas.
